A bit about my practice

I have a 300 HR YYT from Good Ground Yoga with Leslie Pearlman and teach regular weekly classes at Auke Bay Studio.

My own yoga practice has helped to get me out of my head and into my body. As someone who has struggled with chronic illness and pain, I’ve found comfort and relief on my yoga mat. Practicing allows me to feel a sense of body neutrality and even acceptance that is often difficult to find in the hustle that comes with our capitalist society.

My classes provide an opportunity to feel embodied in a trauma-informed and queer-friendly space where choice is not just allowed, but welcomed. Helping students to better understand what feels good for them is my most important goal as a yoga instructor.

  • Private Yoga Sessions

    Want to practice one-on-one and get individualized attention? I will meet with you for a consultation to figure out what your hopes and goals are for your yoga journey. Then, we’ll meet in-person or via Zoom to practice together.

  • Small Group Yoga Sessions

    Do you want to provide yoga for a training? Interested in doing yoga with a small group of friends? I can help! Contact me with your needs and we can make it happen whether that’s in-person or on Zoom.

  • 1-to-1 Creative Coaching

    Feeling lost in your creativity? Need a boost? Let me help you reignite the flame that’s inside you. Book a consultation and we’ll discuss your needs. Then, I’ll come up with a plan to create rituals for your creativity, revive your project, and more.
