In this welcoming workshop, we’ll explore how memory, reflection, and storytelling can help us shape meaningful personal narratives. Through guided writing prompts, discussion, and optional sharing, participants will begin drafting pieces drawn from their own life experiences.

No previous writing experience is required—just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Summer A.H. Christiansen holds an MFA in Creative Writing (Nonfiction/Memoir) and an MAT in Secondary Education. They have taught writing workshops in community settings and worked as an Education Director for an arts nonprofit. Their workshops are known for being welcoming, reflective spaces where writers of all levels can explore their stories.
